I really appreciate your willingness, time, and honesty. My hope is that you found the survey interesting and that it perhaps sparked some useful ideas which will lead to some productive conversations with your partner. It will also help guide clinicians to be better able to help other couples.
Every once in a while (seriously, not often) I send out an email newsletter announcing a presentation that I am doing or some interesting things happening in the world of ADHD. I plan on doing aditional presentations about the survey data as I continue to analyze the results. If you're interested in getting these very occasional emails, you can do so below.
Your email address will be saved separately (on MailChimp) from the survey responses (on SurveyMonkey), so there will be no way to know who said what. Your email address will only be used for this small number of notifications or if I do another survey.
If you have any questions, comments, or technical issues, feel free to email Ari Tuckman, PsyD, MBA at Ari@TuckmanPsych.com. Also, if you don't see a form below, your browser may be blocking it. Send me an email and I'll add you manually.
To listen to the recording of the first sharing of the results, click here to go to that page.
In order to get the most useful data, I am hoping to get responses from both members of as many couples as possible. Therefore, if it isn't too much to ask, I would love to have your partner also fill this out. They can fill out their own survey by going to ADHDrelationshipSexSurvey.com. Once a survey is completed and submitted, those responses are no longer visible and therefore become private.
Of course, if you know other couples where one person has ADHD, we would love to have their surveys, too!
